Jack Has a New Location for Spring Race

Jack Daniel's, sponsor of the #07 Chevrolet driven by Clint Bowyer, is returning to Bristol this year with its Jack Daniel’s Experience, a mobile museum. We invite NASCAR fans to tour the nation’s oldest registered distillery from outside the Jack Daniel’s Hollow in Lynchburg (pop. 361), Tennessee, at the Earhart Campground property across the creek from the track.

The Jack Daniel’s Experience offers self-guided tours of the much-loved distillery. You’ll learn who Mr. Jack Daniel was and how he ended up with the best selling whiskey in the world. You’ll see (and smell) whiskey dripping slowly through charcoal and the new oak barrels used in maturing Tennessee’s finest whiskey.

The Experience is open to all folks, 21 years old and up, for tours free of charge throughout the race weekend. There will be a licensed Jack Daniel's merchandise vendor on-site with Jack apparel, race items, and other unique pieces. Games, music, and giveaways will also be part of the entertainment at various times throughout the day.

Those over the age of 21 years old will be able to purchase a refreshing Jack Daniel's cocktail featuring Jack Daniel’s, Gentleman Jack, Single Barrel, and Jack Daniel’s Country Cocktails, from the bar. The bar will be operated by an outside vendor and a portion of the profit from the sale of these drinks will be donated to a local charity.

Officially registered by the U.S. Government in 1866, the Jack Daniel Distillery, Lem Motlow proprietor, is the oldest registered distillery in the United States and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in Lynchburg, Tenn.
